Ivaylo Naydenov
Avi Finance was founded by Ivaylo Naydenov, a financial professional with over 10 years of senior-level experience in Working Capital and Free Cash Flow management at one of the world's largest FMCG companies.
Before founding Avi Finance, Ivaylo spent more than a decade at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where he progressed from Working Capital Professional to Senior Manager FP&A. In that role he was a key contributor to the company's largest-ever finance transformation project — delivering approximately €1 billion in working capital benefits — and personally drove working capital improvements of around €250 million in the German business unit.
His work at CCEP spanned end-to-end Free Cash Flow reporting, accounts payable forecasting and management across all business units, SAP S/4 HANA implementation as a Group Finance SME, and building driver-based forecasting models that achieved forecast accuracy below 5% variance.
Since launching Avi Finance in 2025, Ivaylo has applied this corporate expertise directly to SMEs — including a successful Power BI dashboard implementation for a client in the renewable energy sector, enabling real-time visibility into financial performance.
